    The main purpose of this role is to:

    Work alongside the creative and production directors, in a capacity that will involve the design and user experience of PHP based websites.

    The role responsibilities include:
    • Working with creative leads to develop concepts on a wide variety of web based projects
    • Producing design solutions that serve client requirements based on their business strategy
    • Producing visually stunning designs and working with the client to develop them into a full static design that fulfills all client requirements without compromising on quality, ready for the development team to begin construction of the live site
    • Collaborating with the SEO department on designs to ensure we are adhering to the latest SEO guidelines
    • Assessing and setting realistic timelines for design

    Essential experience
    • At least 3 years’ experience in website design using Adobe Photoshop and be able to provide a strong portfolio of recent work completed
    • Working with vector based graphics within software packages such as Adobe Illustrator
    • Solid understanding of user experience journeys, with the ability to recognise user requirements when developing design concepts
    • Be extremely flexible in terms of design style to accommodate our wide range of clients and business sectors
    • Be up to date on the latest design trends and industry news
    Bonus but not essential
    • Experience in designing mobile and responsive websites
    • Experience in front-end development technologies including HTML 5, CSS3 and JavaScript/jQuery
    • Be comfortable with the occasional graphic design task including print work such as company stationary and marketing literature
    • Have some experience in brand identity creation including logo designs and branding guidelines

  • SEO Executive

    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a young, dynamic, vibrant company based on the campus of Sussex University.

    The main purpose of this role is to:

    Develop, implement and manage SEO campaigns and strategies for a diverse range of clients and ultimately to increase search engine visibility, with the aim of increasing the quantity and quality of natural traffic to their website.

    You will work alongside the technical director and collaboratively across the entire business ensuring that the companies SEO strategy is fine tuned to deliver best possible performance for both clients and internal websites.

    Essential Experience
    • 2+ years hands-on experience in search engine optimisation with a track record for improving both individual rankings for keywords/phrases and improving overall site traffic
    • Understanding of search engine technology, functionality and optimisation tactics
    • Technical aptitude with a basic understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, basic web server technology, database software/functionality
    • Great research knowledge regarding keywords, link analysis, and search engine results, new search engine behaviours, in-depth competition analysis etc.
    • Producing regular audits of the performance of the website making recommendations using your SEO skills / knowledge to grow traffic to the sites

  • Digital Marketing Account Manager

Your main obligation will be to ensure client satisfaction, retention and to deal with any queries in a timely and professional basis.

    The main purpose of this role is to:

    Manage and develop relationships with a variety of our key clients to whom we offer a range of digital marketing services including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Website Design and Development and Social Media Management (SMM). Seeking new clients and offering our services will also be essential.

    Role responsibilities include
    • Responding to customer enquiries
    • Writing client proposal documents
    • Following up all customer correspondence via phone and email
    • Managing new client acquisitions
    • Weekly client calls
    • Arranging meetings on behalf of the necessary attendees
    • Driving to and attending meetings with potential and existing clients
    • Producing monthly campaign progress reports
